Dear GVG INVIVO, I have undergone Septo-Rhinoplasty a week ago. I had breathing difficulty, Deviated Nasal Septrum with Turbinate hypertrophy saddle nose. After meeting ‘The hands of God’ Dr. Gunasekar Vuppalapati (MBBS, MS, MCh – Plastic Surgeon) I am really over the moon (extremely happy) and now I feel, I am re-born. I am really thankful to Dr. Gunasekar Vuppalapati for this successful surgery. Your skills are highly excellent and appreciable. Nevertheless, the way you treat your patient is awesome, your friendly behavior and services are remarkable. It’s one of my ‘THE BEST’ choice to choose GVG INVIVO & YOU as my Doctor. Also, not to be silence about GVG INVIVO FAMILY (Other Doctors, Nurses & Staffs), ‘THE BEST’. I really need to appreciate Mr. LINU TR (Senior Aesthetics Practitioner) for his dedicated and compassionate consultations and follows ups. You have been very friendly and played a major role in this journey. You always go above and beyond towards your work. Thank you so much for your care and service, LINU TR. I would definitely recommend GVG INVIVO for their Incredible Service. Maybe my Journey with GVG INVIVO would definitely explain to know what really made me to be ‘Over The Moon’ and grateful to say, I am re-born. Also, why I choose GVG INVIVO and How I considered it to be ‘THE BEST’.About ME:I had suffered from 27 years to see this change and unbelievable. One of my college friends recommended me about GVG INVIVO. She had cleft nose issue and had undergone surgeries with GVG INVIVO and the outcome is speechless. When I met her 5 years back, I was very surprised to see the changes on her face, which was so beautiful. That’s when I first though there is a solution for me too but the word SURGERY was really a scary word to me at that time. I stepped back and compromised to adjust it throughout life and never gave a thought to ask more details with her.Later 3 years, again it stroked my mind but again few thoughts came forward as questions – What about the cost? What about the pain? What about the results; definite or not? and started browsing Google, YouTube for more details but again was still scared, not confident to step forward but didn’t get over the quest to see the better me. I used to watch YouTube to know more about the surgery procedures, I researched few hospitals and was really confused which to choose, how to choose the best hospital and doctor. I also saw the risks, complications after surgery which made me to be in dilemma whether to opt or forget.Few months back, my friend invited for her marriage and this time I was sure to ask about hospital and her experience because I always don’t take risk till, I completely have an accurate answer to my questions. On one hand my researches and on other hand my friend as an evident proof. However, considering the luck part for whom the surgeries failed made me to think long time. After hearing from my friend, this time I started to research and compare GVG INVIVO and other hospitals. One main decision I had decided is, when I choose something then it should be ONLY ONE excluded from options. Considering the pandemic situation, I did not want to go for different hospitals consultations and then decide. So here, I first decided who is my SURGEON (THE BEST ONLY) and that will be the hospital I go forward. First check point about the surgeon and reviews about his work. I was satisfied. I learnt about his skills, his reviews were lively, then on call with LINU TR, he gave some heads-up which made an assurance to decide HE is my doctor. Second check point was the consultation to know in-person. Done. My two conditions satisfied and fixed, He is the ONE Dr. Gunasekar Vuppalapati (MBBS, MS, MCh – Plastic Surgeon).GVG INVIVO, Dr. Gunasekar Vuppalapati, LINU TR and Me:On the day of consultation, I met LINU TR and my Doctor. I expressed my concerns to them and asked for a solution. Doctor enquired about my concerns, my past health history. With his experience and even before any reports, he could almost say what issues are there, he examining my nose with his hands and explained about Septo-Rhinoplasty is what I need. Then, I had asked many possible questions about surgery procedures, risks, complications and main about Anaesthetia and its risks. He answered all my questions and I was so pleased with his confidence in answering my doubts. He suggested General Anaesthesia. Then I asked, isn’t General Anaesthetia a risk procedure? I was worried but he gave a direct reply, YES, it will be and without some point of risk, results are unachievable. However, not to be worried, we have the best Anaesthetic Doctor and gave some insights about procedure, about Dr. Sowmya (Anaesthetic Doctor). He was very gentle, clear and straight-forward in his replies, which made me come out of the dilemma and step forward for surgery, I decided on SPOT without next thought. Next, LINU TR assisted me with the pre-treatment, cost and tests (Blood test, CT- SCAN, ECG, Chest X-Ray and RT-PCR) to be done before surgery as suggested by Dr. Gunasekar Vuppalapati. I had many pimples on face and few bigger in size around nose, acne, dry and rough skin which can cause surgery complications. He suggested a treatment routine for skin care and a tablet as pre-treatment before surgery. TANU & LINU helped explaining the pre-treatment routine very precisely. ANJALI (Staff) helped me for blood test, RT-PCR and all payments. She was very polite and quick in her work. Once again, I met Doctor with reports, he checked and said reports are good to go and considering CT-SCAN, what was said on first day is the same after seeing reports. I was mesmerized with his experience and felt confidence. Surgery Date was fixed. Also, I was scheduled a video call with Dr. Sowmya (Anaesthetic Doctor), she examined in a video itself. I sensed her experience in video call only. I was glad and relieved worrying for General Anaesthesia procedure anymore. DAY OF SURGERY: 02.02.2022 & WHAT I FORGOTPRE-SURGERY: I said to myself, be brave and you can handle the pain because it’s going to be worth the pain. The actual part is, I went alone to hospital for surgery and definitely self-motivation factor was needed. I was informed not to consume food and water from previous night 10.00 PM. Once I reached hospital, a nurse attended and kept me informed about room, bath, and surgery dress very politely. The room and toilet were maintained clean. Another male nurse Mr. Sivakumar took care of fluid drips and injections. I should definitely say about him. He was so humble and down to earth. Actually, I am scared of needles prick and pain. One of my scared thoughts more than surgery was this (LOL?). For the first time in my life, I am injecting fluid drips. But Sivakumar made it easy and painless. With his smooth and calm tone, first he spoke to me what is going to do, asked what is the score of pricking after he pricked needles around 4-5. I FORGOT to think about the pain? and then he also asked sorry for the pricks and if was painful, please excuse me. [RS Bleep], I FORGOT about the OPERATION THEATRE fear vibes (???) with his humbleness. It was like saturation zone because never ever I had seen such humble hospital staff in my 27years. By time I came back from saturation zone, another two nurses were attending me already for final check points like nails & nail polish, thread and so on. Then with no time gap, Dr. Gunasekar Vuppalapati came for marking. He was marking very gently and I somewhere was about to feel the fear but LINU TR took over it with his photography session and became my stress burster, he always tries to makes me smile. It was actually fun posing and I was enjoying even on 2 days of consultations as well as on the day of surgery too, straight pose, 45° angle pose and 90° angle pose on both side like model vibes (LOL??). TIME FOR SURGERY (9:30AM): Immediately without allowing me to pass another thought, an OT (Operation Theatre) nurse walked me inside Operation Theatre. I left my thoughts blank because I FORGOT to THINK about present and next process happening. I was still swimming in thoughts of humbleness and cheerful, I FORGOT to FEAR. Uff OMG, I was flat & unconscious already lying on operation bed and FORGOT to think the word SURGERY(LOL?).Doctors and all Nurses were two steps ahead the patient. They never wasted a minute from the morning I entered hospital room (7:00AM) till operation theatre (9:30PM).MY REACTIONS WHEN AWAKE: When I regained my conscious, I heard Nurse Shilpa’s voice saying ‘’she is regaining her conscious” which took me few minutes to realize, I was drowzy. At last, I opened my eyes wide and at the same time I saw Dr. Gunasekar Vuppalapati his mejastic walk with confident smile. That’s it. I had no questions to ask about my surgery and nose. A trust was created inside me that I am all fine and surgery was success with great result. I felt happy and confident after seeing him like that I FORGOT the surroundings and never even flashed until he asked me ARE YOU OKAY? That’s when I rolled my eyes up and realized this is not Operation Theatre, No lights above my head. OH! Where am I? (Ghazni moment??). I blinked twice to realize I have been shifted to room, the reason being I was told in consultation that I will be woken up first in Operation Theatre which was stored in my brain. I replied Doctor, with thumbs up but couldn’t speak out (COMPLETELY MUTE) and doctor said it’s because of anesthesia, you will feel discomfort to speak. Don’t worry, you will be alright.Next Doctor asked DO I HAVE PAIN? That’s when I realized after hearing the word ‘PAIN’ I rolled my eyes down and saw my hands are connected to Heart & BP monitor machine, fluid is running through the syringe inserted on my hand. YES, I AM PATIENT NOW FOR REAL. While parallelly a thought was running in my mind to have some food (IDLE and water to clear dryness and sourness) even when I wasn’t hungry because my throught was getting dry when I inhale (its selfcare to come out of it). I noded my head as NO (Fluid medicines to control pain were already injected) and said I need IDLE and water in sign language ofcourse (I AM MUTED), doctor smiled and said she is fine and informed nurse to get her water, Idle, whatever she wants. LINU TR smiled too hearing what I asked for when doctor questioned me about PAIN. Although as part of their duty – LINU TR kept me informed that surgery really went well and you can be rest assured about your NOSE with bright smile. Doctor informed me to rest well, eat and have more water, try to sit, start walking and speak often.GENERAL ANAESTHESIA VIBES POST SURGERY: Once Doctor left, I asked Nurse Shilpa for time (Sign Language). She said it’s 5:20PM. I was terribly shocked. She said around 3:00PM, surgery ended and was shifted to room. My tongue was stiff, dry mouth, sour throught, no voice and I need to inhale breathe through mouth, nose completely packed, drowsiness, no strength to sit and walk or stand firmly. Nurse informed me till 7:00PM NO FOOD & WATER. Hearing this I became unconscious and slept off. I was awake by 6:30PM asking for time and at 7:00PM, finally I sat and had sip by sip hot water to check puking sensation (its expected) but I didn’t have any. Then had food pinch by pinch and that’s the quantity I could swallow slowly (for few days that’s the possible quantity intake). NURSE SERVICES AND HYGIENE MAINTAINANCE POST SURGERY SUPPORT:When ever I called for any support or ask anything, they used to assist and do it immediately with care. Every Nurses were so friendly and supported me with gentle and great care and few names I know are Shilpa, Princy, Sivakumar, Anupriya and one person (couldn’t recall name). I am really honored with your services. Shilpa support me getting food quickly whatever I asked for, she took me for a small walk holding my hand which was like handling a fragile item, her supportive and friendly words gave confidence to be anymore a patient on bed and boosted me to try things out. Anupriya really was great support all over the night because that’s when I suffered more effects of anesthesia like uncomfortable to breathe through mouth, unable to sleep when I am [RS Bleep] sleepy, need to drink water and use restroom very frequently. Whenever I rang bell, she or another nurse will there without passing a minute. Timely monitoring, changing drips & supporting my pain when drip bottles are changed. Princy and two more Nurses were supporting me next day morning. All gave equal and likewise care to me and I couldn’t find difference in their services. A night duty doctor was also present. His advice was so helpful when I was suffering the sleeping tantrum due to anesthesia effects. Nurse where not allowed to stay inside the patient room to protect hygiene level and control the spread of infections but was in reception which is next to my room door. They ensured two or three nurses on duty, different shifts and they work alternative days. Masks and gloves were used. The best part was, they also ensured I too was self-hygiene – for two days – two set hospital gown, groomed my hair, wiped face and such an intense care by Nurse Anupriya.Cleaning hygiene was super good. I should thank the cleaning lady staff Bhagya. After every meal I had and stepped out for walk, she immediately used to sweep, mop the room, clean the table and wash N’ dry wipe utensils (my own utensils but clean utensils where present at hospital for patients use). She never allowed me to even pick spell food on table, without even hesitate and with smile, she asked me to go for walk and rest on sofa, I will take care. So sweet of her really. She was a foot forward for cleaning before I even call her. Communication was maintained excellent in between Doctors, Nurses, staffs and that’s why I called GVG INVIVO FAMILY. All discharge documents related works were readily kept. Medicines were explained. Accurate help in clearing bills at the time of discharge. AFTER DISCHARGE:All I did was followed every tip and instruction gave by Dr. Gunasekar Vuppalapati after discharge. Those are the key for healthy recovery. I had one thought in mind – “I am not a doctor to alter/ignore doctor’s instructions for routine medication and care”. I never missed the date of appointment for pack and stitch removal. The surgery outcome is marvelous. His skills are not even questionable. After pack removal, my breathing is perfect, nasal issues are rectified and I am extremely so happy without a doubt. Thank you so much Dr. Gunasekar Vuppalapati. A big Thank you to LINU TR and all others who were part of my memorable journey.I am still on the recovery phase and regular follows are still going on. Maybe the story may not be the same to all but definitely I am sure to all patients, your journey will be awesome too and will be re-born (RESTORED>REVITALIZED>REJOICED).X------------------------X---------------------------X-----------------------------
I burnt my skin on left leg from boiling water, The next day I went to GVG Invivo hospitals and met Mr.linu. Thanks to the them I have recovered well..!
Recently I came in for a consultation, I had a large nose and a dorsal hump, which bother me for a long time, and an asymmetrical face. Dr. Gunasekar Vuppalapati made me understand the procedures needed to achieve symmetry and even showed me the possible outcome based on the simulator. Throughout the procedure I was made to feel at home, the staff is extremely proactive, they already understand your concerns, due to their vast experience, the anesthetic team was absolutely amazing, the entire prep for surgery was very smooth, and painless. I am absolutely in awe with my nose, it has been 2 weeks post-op now. GVG Invivo hospital has great hygiene and they have managed to take absolute precautions during the pandemic. After being discharged from the hospital I had multiple follow-up appointments and I will be having more for the coming 2 more months. I found their website, after doing a lot of research, it is important to choose the right plastic surgeon for you, based on the styles of nose each surgeon does. I was able to go to their website, open the chatbox and book an appointment. Throughout the entire procedure Mr. Linu Tr, the aesthetic practitioner is available, he understands all the doubts and fears you are likely to have, makes you understand, and gives you the assurance that is required. I would like to also mention the other nurses who helped with the dressing and post-surgery care, Ms. Malini, Manjula, and Pushanjali who are very kind and gentle towards you. overall had an amazing experience!!!

Wonderful experience with GVG Invivo Hospital. Dr. Gunasekar Vuppalapati was a wonderful surgeon, and the staff was always helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. I am so glad I chose GVG Invivo and would highly recommend to anyone.
Had visited Dr. Gunasekar Vuppalapati after having consulted several other Dermatologists and Plastic surgeons. The thing that blew me was the amount of time Dr spent during our first consultation to understand the core issue with my acne. The diagnosis was spot on and then it was more about fine tuning a treatment plan for me. Super happy. Would highly recommend.
I recently availed services from Gvg Invivio Hospital Jp Nagar 7th phase. I have underwent mommy make over(abdominal plasty + Vaser liposuction) for my upper abdomen and sides. I am really really happy with the results and my doctor Gunashekar Vuppalapati is really a very nice doctor and very professional and knowledgeable. He guided me very well in pre and post surgery care. GVG INVIVIVO HOSPITAL is very hygienic and very good professional staff. They took care very well after surgery and Mr.Linu (Aesthetic counsellor) has taken care of me entire before and post surgery care. Regarding procedure I felt very comfortable and it was very great journey with GVG INVIVO HOSPITAL. Thanks to each and everyone I will recommend to all my friends, that GVG INVIVO HOSPITAL, JP Nagar is one of the best hospital in India.
I had been struggling with saddlebags (outer thigh fat) since my mid-teens - The bumps were really really prominent, up to the point where I couldn't wear pants without them sticking out on either side, and my back looked square and really disproportionate to my body. I'd always been the right weight everywhere else, so when I tried to lose weight to reduce it I looked really thin everywhere else, with a slightly smaller saddlebag situation. It seemed like there was nothing I could do to lose it naturally, and so I started researching procedures to fix this. I think I had spent about 2 years of contemplating what to do, and was pretty set on getting it cool sculpted since I wasn't too keen on getting surgery for it. Though some aesthetic centers recommending I go ahead with coolsculpting, I didn't feel too confident with their analysis. After a visit to Fortis Hospitals in Bangalore, I was recommended to Dr. Gunasekar and made my first appointment in mid 2019. From my very first consultation, I knew I was happy with what I heard. The consultant in charge, Helen, walked me through literally everything - what this kind of fat deposit was, what kind of options there were to remove it, why I was a good candidate for liposuction, the difference between liposuction and vaser liposuction, the process and science behind the procedure, what kind of general risks and side effects there was, what I could expect the process to be like during as well as after, would it hurt (barely), the different types of anesthesia, how big/invasive the surgery was (its tiny, maybe a 1cm hole, slightly smaller) their previous experience with this kind of surgery (which was plenty), and what I could expect with the results and for maintenance. She was so detailed, reassuring, and knowledgable that I knew this was the right place, and I felt I wasn't just being told what I wanted to hear. I had come prepared with a list of questions, but she managed to answer everything and more before I even asked. We went in to speak with the doctor after this and I had a checkup, where he knew exactly what I was trying to accomplish, as well as touching on many of the points she had explained in the consultation. I had a concern about having the resulting shape be too masculine, which he addressed even before I brought it up and talked about adding a small fat transfer to the hip to curve out the shape, which was exactly what I was thinking, so knowing that he had the insight to do this before I asked made me really confident I was in good hands. This, paired with his experience, education, and the number of clients they'd had before (some being celebrity clients) made the decision easy. I went back home, discussed this with family, and came back in to confirm soon after. From this, the process of the procedure was SO smooth, comfortable, friendly and well handled. We set a date, and I had a walk-through of their clinic rooms, and given a print-out of steps to take before the surgery. Helen, my consultant, was right there for every step of the process, which was probably the most comfortable part. I arrived the night before the surgery, settled into the room, and Helen was there bright and early for the surgery, for the preparation, and then inside the operation room. The surgery was about 4 hours, and I had opted for local anesthesia, which meant I felt slight pain during some parts of it, but Dr. GV was talking to me to make it easier, and Helen sat there right with me, she even pulled up a movie on her phone for me to watch. It felt like maybe 2 hours, I must've slept or been a little dazed so the time went by a little quicker. After the surgery, a nurse and Helen put me into a really tight compression garment, and I got back to my room. Looking at the results right after, even with the swelling and garment, I was SO happy - the bumps were gone!! 12 years of being so unhappy with these saddlebags, and they were finally. Gone. The nurse from this point on was also right there for the post-surgery help I needed, as well as on-premises nurses that came in promptly to check on my antibiotic drips, etc. After surgery, for the day I was at the hospital, there was leakage, which had been explained to me, and was a good thing and a normal part of the process. The nurse from my procedure came in the next day to help me take a shower, and she was also so sweet and comforting. All of the staff were great. Helen then came in, ran me through things I needed to do at home, and told me she'd see me in 3 days for my first check-up. She checked in on me over the phone during this three day in-between to see how I was doing, and when I saw her and Dr. GV on my first check-up they gave me instructions on what I had to do to prevent seroma, which would occur if I wasn't properly compressing the area. I made sure I took care of this. I felt pretty good after the 2nd-3rd day, with some discomfort when sitting down or standing up, but other than that I didn't have much pain. It got better as the days went on. Now, I'm about 2 months post-surgery, and I'm so happy. After my third check-up, which was roughly a month after the surgery, Dr. GV told me I was healing faster than expected, there were no complications, and I just needed to keep wearing the compression garment. Now, a month since then, all the swelling has gone done, there is still some slight bumps and some unevenness, it isn't that perfect curvy-hip shape, but overall the shape is great! I'm expecting it to get even a little better as the full results are said to only be seen like 3 months or so post-surgery, but all in all, I finally don't have saddlebags, and I'm thrilled. Loved the entire process, I'm so glad I did it, and I want to thank Dr. Gunasekar and the entire GVG team for being absolutely amazing!!!
size -36f now 36-C I have been struggling with huge breast for so many years now. I developed early and had to start wearing bras while my friends still were flat chested. As I grew up it became huge. I used to get unwanted disgusting gazes from men and boys., clothes were not fitting me well as I had to buy few sizes bigger to hide my chest, i had low self confidence and tried to avoid any physical activity. I was considering surgery for quite a long time but avoided it till I had kids as I had read that it may cause breast feeding issues. I was recommended Dr Gunasheker by our family doctor and I could never been happier. I had a breast reduction and lift done on 6th September.. The procedure took around5-6 hours. Post op Pain was maybe 2 out of 10 thats it. To have such a major surgery and come out painless was like a miracle. back pain and weight on the shoulders had gone and I hadn't felt tht way in lot of years. I would like to thank Dr Gunasheker for my positive experience at Gvg Invivo Hospital. The medical staff were amazing as well, very friendly and professional. I can't thank everyone enough. I'm still healing and love the results so much. My old clothes are loose , no more loose clothes to hide my chest. Excited to go shopping for new clothes but the breasts still need time to settle to its permanent size. Can't wait.
I had a convex face profile with open bite for 24 Years .The solution to the problem was handled well by GVG Aesthetic Clinic Bangalore. The doctors here are certainly the best . The open bite treatment was successfully done by orthodontist Dr Chandrasekar . I had braces for almost 2 years. For Convex face solution osseous genioplasty surgery was done by Dr Gunashekar. Initially the first thought that came into the doctor is of using chin implant but later a thorough analysis showed that my chin vertical length is more and cannot be reduced by implants.Hence they went to the osseous genioplasty which was a very good decision. It is also very natural as your jaw bone is cut and used to increase the horizontal projection. The new position of the bone is fixed by titanium screws and the bone gets completely healed in a year.My day to day Surgery experience is given below:Day 1: On the previous night of the surgery doctor insisted me not to take any food or water after 10 pm.I followed the instruction very carefully which also included hot Micro shield solution bath. Surgery was done by local Anastasia at 10 Am morning and completed around 3:00 PM. After 1 Hour of Post surgery it was a very Painful but thanks to the painkillers that gave me a great relief.I went home around 5:00 PM ate some ice creams, drank juice and went to bed. Day 2: I was lethargic with slight headache and fever.Pain was intense and I wanted to sleep but my stomach wont stop me.I ate ice creams, drank juices , took pills, rinsed my mouth and went to bed straight away. Day 3: Oh it was magic!! my pain certainly reduced and I was able to walk and laugh comfortably. This time I had soft diet rice, took pills and enjoyed laptop movies and games. Day 4 : It was similar to day 3 Day 5: I went to clinic and everyone were eager to see me there.I was called for removal of bandages near my chin and to check if there were any side effects. They removed my bandage and I could see how much my chin was swollen. I felt that my face had become more aesthetic pleasing apart from the swelling one:) The doctor told me that swelling will go down as the day passes. There were no side effects like infection or any damage to the root of the teeth. Day 6: I made one mistake by removing the food particles at the sutured area with my tongue. It started to bleed and i got worried. I informed doctor and he said to use the saline water. Day 7: I visited the clinic after Day 6 nightmare. Doctor advised me that to be on better and safer side have liquid food and rinse thoroughly with saline water for a week. Saline water showed a immediate positive effect that day and bleeding got reduced. Day 8: I started rinsing thoroughly with saline water and used gauze paper to remove the food particles at sutured area. The bleeding was minimum. Day 9: Similar to day 8 with minimum bleeding. Day 10: Bleeding gone. Hurrah I am happy as the swelling has come down to 80%.Finally I could feel the difference of new face and new chin.It is very pleasing. In total I took 2 weeks of leave for recovery purpose and I say that it is worth for time and money. Thanks especially to the staff, doctors and the workers of the GVG Aesthetic clinic. Friends I would like to recommend you to GVG aesthetic clinic as they are very friendly, highly skilled and they give best optimum solution for your problems. Thanks to GVG as it was memorable 2 years of journey. All the best to you all the people too.
You have addressed all important and commonly asked questions for Mommy makeover consultations. Firstly, we need to evaluate your BMI, Breast size, nipple position and your fitness for long surgeries. We often stage these procedures if there are high risk profiles involved, else we combine in a Hospital setting. As we have a dedicated facility for plastic surgery we do combined procedures and pretty safe for selected cases. Breasts and tummy will not become heavy or heavier following the procedure but in rare occasion it can. Especially, tummy if one gains weight for any reason, as there is a deep layer visceral fat around the organs. However, this is subjected to quality of diet and lifestyle.
The provided pictures are not clear but from the pinch you have made on the skin fold, I can suggest we can avoid tummy tuck if we combine Vaser Liposuction and Intraoperative RFA (if required). Extended Abdominoplasty may be required if one has thin and loose skin around the waist area. It is advisable to have a proper clinical evaluation.
Affirmative for all stretch marks below bellybutton and no for stretch marks above belly button. At present, stretch marks can be removed with fractional radio-frequency and laser treatments
As long as you are maintaining the body weight in stable range, All you need is carefully planned and a gentle aspiration of fat from the abs, flanks, mid back and thighs, processing the same fat redistribution to butts, hips and the breast if needed. to achieve a lasting silhouette figure. I hope to see you getting the youthful shape that you will cherish for long. Good luck
It is a well known risk to have either altered sensation, partial or total loss of sensation in the nipple and areola on one side and very rarely on both sides after any bilateral breast surgery. This may be temporary in case of sensory nerves are unduly stretched or rarely permanent loss if the nerves are divided while making the pocket for Implants and the Prosthesis is obviously placed in the pocket that can keep the cut nerve ends apart preventing it from reconnection. Often it does recover within a period of 6weeks if it is temporary. But if it has not recovered in 2 yrs, it is unlikely it would in future and hence accept it as permanent. Rarely a vague sensation may creep in from the surrounding skin over many years. That is the only hope you can keep. This numbness is better prevented by careful and meticulous dissection under direct vision than be able to treat if it does happen.
