Should I get Vaser lipo or Regular lipo with J-Plasma to tighten my arms?

In my experience, you appear to be an ideal candidate for Vaser ultrasound liposuction of the arms. This will remove stubborn fat and tighten skin without an arm lift. Vaser Liposuction will not help with sagging, loose skin or stretch marks. While exercise can strengthen and improve muscle tone in the upper arm, it can not address excess skin that has lost elasticity. With the Brachioplasty (arm lift) procedure, Incisions will be made on the undersides of your arms. The length and pattern of the incisions depends on how much skin will be removed. After making the incisions, your plastic surgeon will tighten your underlying tissues and secure them with stitches.

Hello, Very good question, and my answer every time that someone asks me about regular VS vaser lipo is simple: ALWAYS GO FOR VASER LIPO. If you understand the concept behind Vaser is simply a better lipo: it protects better your blood vessels, your nerves, connective tissue, etc... Plus it is less traumatic (less bleeding). Point is, ALWAYS GO FOR VASER if the option is given. Now, your question mentioned another amazing technology available nowadays: Renuvion J PLASMA. The difference in modalities of liposuction or adjuvant treatment such as J plasma don't make that much difference.  Who does the procedure makes all the difference in the world.  I would encourage you to look for the most qualified provider and not worry about the equipment they use.  VASER can be a powerful tool but can also lead to grotesque disfigurement especially of arms.  J plasma is probably the best skin tightening option available if you don't want a formal arm lift.  A surgical arm lift leaves scars that are beyond what most people are willing to except.  In my opinion the scars don't justify the procedure in your case.  People tend or judge their arms with the arms in a straight up position like the pictures you took.  This shows skin laxity much more than arm size.  It's better to judge your arms with a Arms in a down position the way you spend most of your awake hours.  Look at the arm liposuction pictures I've posted on real self. Those are good representative pictures of what liposuction can deliver.  Personally I use J plasma. You'll find providers will recommend the device they purchased rather than what's in the patient's best interest.  I can't emphasize enough the importance of juicing the best provider for this procedure. It is far more important than what device is being used.  My practice is devoted exclusively to liposuction and fat transfer procedures. (cannulas) placed under the skin under extreme vacuum after pretreatment
with an infusion of solution containing a blood vessel constrictor (to
prevent bleeding) and an anesthetic (if performed awake). Augmented liposuction
utilizes laser energy or ultrasonic energy to semiliquify the fat, making it
easier to remove and adds a subtle skin tightening effect..
In general, the experience of the surgeon is more important than
the type of instrument utilized.
I recommend you visit a plastic surgeon with considerable
liposuction experience and allow him / her to use the instrument with which
he / she feels most comfortable. I would trust the doctor's judgement over a patient coordinator's opinion.
