Can Vaser lipo or j-plasma make my arms slimmer? (photos)

I really looking to make my arms slimmer but I do not want any scars or sagging skin. I am 22 years of age and I'm struggling when it comes to what treatment to undergo.

Hi,
Thanks for your question.
According to your pictures, you are a good candidate for Vaser Liposuction as you have moderate fat and moderate skin laxity. 
In your case I would suggest to have a combination of Vaser liposuction and J plasma ( Reunion).
Vaser liposuction involves in your case  2 small incisions (axillary fold and close to the elbow), removes the fat in excess and gives slimmer arms. 
However before the surgery , it is important to assess the localisation on the fat, your skin quality ( e.g. elasticity), muscle tone. 
The risk of saggy skin could be a possibility however this  depends of your age, quality of skin, smoking status, weight fluctuations in the past, how much quantity of fat is removed during the procedure and so the degree of skin retraction you will have after the surgery. 
I would strongly recommend to make a consultation with an expert
Vaser/ body contouring  surgeon for a medical/surgical assessment in order
to consider the best suitable treatment.

Nonsurgical options give only mild improvement compared to surgical lifting. Skin tightening can be done with a combination of Vanquish, truSculpt iD, Venus Legacy, Exilis, and Cellutone/Zwave. Very good question, and my answer every time that someone asks me about regular VS vaser lipo is simple: ALWAYS GO FOR VASER LIPO. If you understand the concept behind Vaser is simply a better lipo: it protects better your blood vessels, your nerves, connective tissue, etc... Plus it is less traumatic (less bleeding). Point is, ALWAYS GO FOR VASER if the option is given. 
Now, your question mentioned another amazing technology available nowadays: Renuvion J PLASMA. And I'll tell you that no matter how loose the skin is, when it comes to arms and inner thighs I always recommend VASER + J PLASMA combination. The synergy between these two technologies is the best option in the present for fat and skin treatment.

well done liposuction well slim your arms significantly. Take a look at my before and after pictures posted on real south.  The results from arm liposuction is best depicted with the arms in the down position. This is how we spend most of our lives not with our arms straight out in the air.  J plasma is better than no J plasma but it's not a substitute for a brachioplasty for patients with significant skin laxity.  Your skin laxity it's not bad enough to warrant a brachioplasty.   Arm liposuction is technically challenging and all too often patients are left with mild to moderate disfigurement.  My practice is devoted exclusively to liposuction and for transfer procedures. For the last 10 years these are the only two surgeries that I do.  Find a local board-certified plastic surgeon who has extensive experience with proven track record specifically with liposuction.  I cannot emphasize enough the importance of which provider you choose.  This is far more important than the equipment including the decision to add radiofrequency skin tightening such as J plasma.  By the way, I own a J plasma machine and speak from first-hand experience.  Best, Mats Hagstrom MD

liposuction procedure of the upper arms removes fat only, while a brachioplasty
removes excess skin and underlying fat. If there is a
significant amount of fat present (with its associated added weight),
if the skin demonstrates no evidence of overstretching (stretch marks),
and if the sag is only minimal to moderate, a liposuction may correct the
deformity. On the other hand, if there is stretched out skin, only a
brachioplasty can achieve correction. 
Photos may be deceiving, but it appears that you would be best served
with liposuction of the arms.
Liposuction involves removal of fat through small pipes
(cannulas) placed under the skin under extreme vacuum after pretreatment
with an infusion of solution containing a blood vessel constrictor (to
prevent bleeding) and an anesthetic (if performed awake). Augmented liposuction
utilizes laser energy or ultrasonic energy to semiliquify the fat, making it
easier to remove and adds a subtle skin tightening effect..
In general, the experience of the surgeon is more important than
the type of instrument utilized.
I recommend you visit a plastic surgeon with considerable
liposuction experience and allow him / her to use the instrument with which
he / she feels most comfortable.
