Is there any procedure that can make my stomach flanks and chest look more fit looking , as in if I been skinny all my life ? I do have extra fat tissue in my chest that basically look poky through my shirt “(gynecomastia)” which I want off as well , I was chunky when I was a child and this is obviously the results after growing up loosing weight.!
