My body is small but I do have some jiggle around my chest and stomach and flanks, what options do I have?

Is there any procedure that can make my stomach flanks and chest look more fit looking , as in if I been skinny all my life ? I do have extra fat tissue in my chest that basically look poky through my shirt “(gynecomastia)” which I want off as well , I was chunky when I was a child and this is obviously the results after growing up loosing weight.! I’m pretty skinny round my buttocks and legs , but I am chunky a little around my body . Again I’m trying to look fit , slim , and tighter ,

Thanks so much for your question and photos!  From your photos, it looks like you might be a good candidate for liposuction which gets rid of stubborn areas of fat in a patient with good skin elasticity.  An in-person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon would confirm this.

There does appear to be gynecomastia, but an exam would be necessary to confirm. Liposuction can be performed to harvest the fat in the abdomen, chest, and flanks, and then BodyTite can be used for additional tightening of tissues.

You appear to be a great candidate for liposuction. The gynecomastia may require a combination of liposuction and some direct removal of the thickened gland under the areola/nipple. The biggest question mark is how elastic vs stretchable your skin is, as this will be a determinant of how much skin retraction and tightening of the contours you get. You should consult with some board-certified plastic surgeons.

You're a good candidate for a liposuction of your abdomen flanks and back and chest.
Liposuction will often correct gynecomastia by itself but depending on how much and how firm the breast tissue it may require a very small open incision with direct excision of the firm breast tissue.
Patients with fluctuating weight may have some skin laxity.
Skin will always compromise the final results from liposuction to some degree.
While not very common I believe fat transferred to the buttocks (Brazilian butt lift, BBL )is a highly under valued and underutilized procedure for men.
It doesn't have to be extreme.
Just enough to give it a nice strong manly contour.
