I am almost 60 and unsure as to how to address my double chin fat, marionette lines and loose skin in that area. Live in the UK but would travel to anywhere in Europe. I’ve had laser Lipo in the past which helped but as you can see there’s still an issue. Lower face and neck lift, fat freezing or kibella? Cost is an issue but not majorly so
