I had a cancerous tumor removed from a saliva gland then the area was treated with radiotherapy when I was 17yrs old. The radiotherapy left me partially deaf and with muscle wasting in the face. Now that I am in my 50's the sagging is becoming more pronounced and I am self concious. Would fillers be suitable for me?

You are too early after surgery to reliably evaluate result; it takes at least 6 months for swelling to go away entirely to be able to evaluate asymmetries, dents, lines, etc.. If there will be such a dent like you are showing now, correction with fat grafting or filler may be all you will need....
