You would benefit from a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.

Based on this photo, there is no need for any intervention, surgical or non-surgical, on your lips. Skillful make up and selection of lipsticks color would suffice. Good luck.

The 1 Posted photo does not demonstrate your "turn downed" lip issue??? Best to virtual consult with...I think maybe you are not describing what is your lip issues??
