I Had Liposuction One Week Ago and Now Have a Tearing Feeling if I Move the Wrong Way, is This Normal?

I had a breast lift/augmentation at the same time as my lipo. I went for my first post-op yesterday. Breasts seem to be healing well. I am very bruised and swollen from the lipo. I feel okay, but the tearing feeling seems worse today.
