From your photos, it is clear why you are unhappy. Regarding exactly what was done and why, you need to discuss directly with your surgeon. You would benefit from a revision to improve the liposuction and the buttock results. You certainly have more fat to remove and more shaping to be done. Please make sure you select a board certified plastic surgeon next time around. 

You should discuss your concerns with your surgeon. Some surgeons make incisions that you are pointing to as entry points for fat grafting. Best of Luck

The BBL procedure involves harvest fat from areas of your body where there is excess fat and injecting that fat carefully into the central zone of your buttock. In addition, it involves liposculpting the buttock to facilitate a more rounded look. The common donor sites for this procedure is your posterior waist/flanks, lateral thighs, back, waist, and anterior tummy. Please visit with a board certified plastic surgeon.

The scar is the least of your issues.The problem I see as with other Brazilian Butt Lift is not to shape the body and the buttock area. It seems that there is no shaping or contouring was done. (The cheap priced Brazilian Butt Lift)

The incisions are still fairly new they will take some more time to heal.  As for liposuction asymmetry that is something to discuss with your surgeon.
