I have a liposuction scar on my butt after BBL. Why did he lipo my butt? (Photo)

A brazilian butt lift procedure I had back in January at least it appears to be this way because the other side of my butt doesnt have the same scar! And also I'm dissapointed in the lipo I recieved. My love handles are uneven is it noticeable? And also if this is a lipo scar on my butt wich I believe it is because it looks like the other lipo scars! Why did he lipo my butt?!
