The price varies greatly by geographical location, experience of the surgeon, whether in an outpaitent surgery center vis hospital (hospital more expensive), type of breast implant, .  Make sure you go to the most experience board certified plastic surgeon you can find, look at their reviews, before and after photos, and most important that you feel comfortalble after your consultation that you have confidence that you are safe. Cheaper often is not better and medical tourism in foreign countries are fraught with added risk both to your health and final outcome.

I am not sure why you want to travel if you are from Queens NY. There are many excellent plastic surgeons that can provide this for you.  Based upon what is needed a fee can then be quoted. Figure  a standard Bbl in NY may run between $8000-$15000.
