Hi.Looking at your pic you have lot of saggy skin.So only liposuction will not help and you will not be happy with final results as saggy skin will increase further. .In my opinion liposuction with tummy tuck will give you best results and good shape.Best is to consult board certified plastic surgeon.Thanks for posting your query.Wishing a heathy life.
