I know that I have loose skin but I don’t want a tummy tuck.

Answer: Tummy tuck will give the best results. Hi.Looking at your pic you have lot of saggy skin.So only liposuction will not help and you will not be happy with final results as saggy skin will increase further. .In my opinion liposuction with tummy tuck will give you best results and good shape.Best is to consult board certified plastic surgeon.Thanks for posting your query.Wishing a heathy life.

Liposuction is an option, the problem is the lipo just remove the fat tissue, if the skin has good quality it will retract, if the skin has no good quality the skin will remain saggy with a little or minimal retraction even using the best technologies like radiofrequency or plasma. The benefit of liposuction are the small incisions. If you are agree to have improvement (not perfection) but some remaining loose skin a lipo is an option.
