I'm 20 years old, 114lbs and 5'2. My lower abdomen fat has always been resistant to any, body sculpting sport. That is my main problem area but I would also like to get more smaller waist and slimmer abdomen overall. Would liposuction be a good choice for me or a different procedure?

While proper nutrition, exercise, and weight control are very important, sometimes we cannot achieve our goals with those components alone. Simply getting older, as well as pregnancy can play a role in the appearance of our abdomen. If you desire the most dramatic improvement, then a full tummy tuck may address your concerns. A tummy tuck removes excess fat and skin while tightens muscles. However, from examining your photos you could benefit from liposuction alone, greatly. I would make an appointment with a plastic surgeon to get a proper examination!
