The easiest procedure would be a neck surgery with the hidden scar under the chin called a platysmaplasty which the skin and muscle is fixed for roughly $4500-5500. A more extensive face/neck lifting procedure would do more , especially for the jawline as well as the neck for roughly $8800 on special.
