I had liposuction under my chin 20 years ago. The surgery left me with puckers, which PS said were adhesions. He cut them away from the muscle, which helped. One large pucker remains, as well as loose skin under my chin. I would finally like to have a revision surgery to tightening up the skin and get rid of the pucker (along with cords starting to show). Can anything be done?

Answer: Loose neck skin can be fixed with a playsmaplasty or face/neck lift.
Thank you for your question. For the most predictable results, it is best to have a stable weight at the time of surgery. Your weight gain and weight loss can lead to unpredictable or unsatisfactory results.
