I'm 20 years old and have over the past few years started to notice my jowl area sagging and my mouth is constantly frowning. My mouth appears slightly wonky when it is in a relaxed state & When I smile it appears as though there is too much skin around my mouth for me to smile properly & I have one dimple on my right cheek but none on the other.Im more concerned about my mouths appearence rather than my jowls.I'd like to achieve a horizontal line for my mouth rather than an arched, frowning one
