A big aspect of my lifestyle is fitness & nutrition for muscle gain (and overall health), so I'm consistently bulking (at about .5-1 pound/week) and cutting to lose any excess fat gained during the bulking process. However, no matter how lean my body gets, my face seems to retain a bit of fat along my jawline. I wanted to know if chin/neck lipo would be a worthwhile procedure for someone like me. At the very least, maybe when I'm bulking & cutting fat won't be stored in my face as prominently.

Answer: Submental liposuction Pictures would help but, in general, weight change under 20-25 lbs will not appreciably effect the results of submental liposuction. So, if you get a nice result to start with it should hold up regardless of minimal fluctuations in your weight.

Answer: Candidate for neck liposuction Without a set of pictures and examination it is impossible to tell whether not your candidate or not. There are fatty deposits in the neck located both above and below the platysma muscle. These are known as sub-mental fat deposits and sub-platysmal fat deposits. Only a neck lift can surgically remove the subplatysmal fat, if present. Liposuction will only remove the sub-mental fat. Before undergoing any liposuction it's best to be at a stabilized body weight. In addition, there will be restrictions on exercise and bodybuilding for at least 2-3 weeks after a surgical procedure.
