I would recommend lipo 360 with BodyTite. The lipo will remove the unwanted fat while keeping your hips. The BodyTite then helps the skin to contract to decrease the likelihood of loose, hanging skin afterward. On the face of it, liposuction would be best for you. Your skin quality appears decent, no stretch marks or skin overhand. Looking at photos is not the same as feeling the tissues and assessing the degree of stretch but with that caveat, liposuction would be best.

If you have loose skin, then a tummy tuck would be a better option as it would remove excess fat and tighten the loose skin at the same time. However, if your skin is elastic without stretch marks, then liposuction alone would be sufficient. It is difficult to asses the quality of your skin with photos alone.

Thank you for your question & photos! From your photos, it appears you could be a candidate for liposuction without tummy tuck. Liposuction will remove excess fat with some retraction of skin. A tummy tuck will address excess skin & repair of the abdominal muscle. The abdominal wall can be weakened after pregnancy and (or) significant weight gain & loss. By repairing the muscle, not only does the appearance of your abdominal area improve, but your core strength as well. The repair of the muscle will cinch your waist like an inner corset, which will accentuate your curves. When doing a tummy tuck, we almost always do liposuction at the same time for best results. Ideal candidates for liposuction are at or near their ideal weight and have good skin elasticity. Lipo is intended to remove stubborn pockets of fat that don’t respond to regular exercise, as the skin does need to be able to smooth back into place after the procedure is complete.
BodyTite does not remove any fat, but it is capable of producing a 45% contraction in tissues. It can be combined with liposuction to improve contours dramatically. Liposuction of the flanks can result in a waist as small as possible. Results can be seen immediately after one treatment and are more evident over three to six months post-treatment. Wait until six months to full evaluate the aesthetic results. Sedentary activities can be resumed in two to three days and full activity with exercise within two to three weeks.
