Should I get Lipo with Extended Tummy Tuck? (Photos)

An extended tummy tuck represents a full tummy tuck and all of its components with the addition of an extended incision to the sides or toward the back. This type of extended tummy tuck will treat patients who have tremendous skin laxity on the sides or near circumferential skin laxity, most frequently observed after massive weight loss.  Consult via email or Skype with a board certified PS with additional photos of your abdomen to discern diastasis recti and stretch marks.

To start You have a beautiful foundation: great waist line, great wait-hip  ratio, so  I envision an awesome result. Based on your photos you have saggy buttocks, saggy lovehandles and I am conviced that  you will be a great candidate for a CTT inorder to tighten both areas. The incision should be placed below the level of your panties in order to be totally hidden under your bikini line. I would complete the beautiful transformation with some liposuction to lovenhandles to use that fat to transfer to the bottom of the buttocks.Be encouraged!!!! Thank you for sharing your question.  Unfortunately without images of your stomach it is difficult to comment on the need/style of tummy tuck required but you do appear to be an excellent liposuction candidate to reduce your flanks and outer thigh as listed on your narrative.  Hope this helps.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you don't need extended tummy tuck. I frequently combine tummy tuck and liposuction. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Thank you for your photos. You would benefit from a tummy tuck with 360 degree liposuction combined with J plasma skin tightening.  That way you can avoid the extended scars which are harder to hide in the back with underwear or swimwear. Hope this helps!Johnson C. Lee, MD

It's difficult to determine if you are a candidate for ETT without photos of the abdomen,  From the goals you mentioned and the photos provided it appears you would have nice results from liposuction of the hips and flanks.  Good luck with surgery!

Without the side views, it’s hard to know if you need an extended tummy tuck but you can definitely achieve great results with at least a tummy tuck and lipo 360. That will really bring in your waist and make a huge difference! You can always return for a second stage to get more lipo but hopefully that wouldn’t be necessary.

From your photos, I believe you would be a good candidate for an extended tummy tuck with thigh and 360 liposuction. It should be possible to perform these procedures in one surgery, as long as you are in good health. Best wishes, Dr. Lepore.

Thank you for your question and sharing some pictures!Unfortunately, without a more complete sets of pictures with additional views of the front of your abdomen, any answer to your question will be based upon assumptions of what your anterior abdomen may look like. Our answers may change should the situation be different than we imagined.From the pictures you show, I believe that liposuction alone, with a skin tightening technology such as Renuvion would be sufficient to achieve the look you desire. I am not sure that a tummy tuck or extended tummy tuck would add that much more to your results, other than giving you a big scar which would be unattractive.Please consult with a plastic surgeon who is experienced with high definition liposuction, and possibly renuvion to enhance the results.
