Is lipo 360 without a fat transfer a viable option for me? (Photos)

idkgirl00
I'm considering liposuction of abdomen, flanks, and back to make my waist look smaller and give more of a top hourglass figure. I probably could use a fat transfer but I don't wanna deal with the added risks. Is it possible to get the results I'm looking for?
