Is lipo 360 without a fat transfer a viable option for me? (Photos)

Liposuction 360 is a good surgical option if there is not a concern with excess skin. If excess skin is present, you may be a better candidate for a tummy tuck. Liposuction 360 will remove excess fat from the abdomen, flanks and back. Lipo 360 makes the waist smaller and helps the waist-hip ratio and overall body proportions. Yes, fat transfer to the buttocks can increase risks and complications.

You need a formal evaluation by an expert in body shaping and contouring to determine what is best. The best in body contouring not only removes fat with energy devices like VASER ultrasound but also internally heats the skin with radiofrequency devices such as Renuvion (J-Plasma), InMode BodyTite, and ThermiRF to heat the undersurface of the skin and tighten it at the same time as fat removal. These combinations are called 4D HI-DEF VASER Liposuction and can only be done by a well-trained body contouring specialist. At the same time, fat should be harvested and purified, with PRP and stem cells added, and then injected into muscles, indentations and cellulite to get body shaping and contouring. For a Brazilian butt lift (BBL), we inject the fat into the buttock for contouring and lifting, but fat can also be used in areas such as the chest/breast, arms/shoulders, calves and face. Cellulite should also be treated with a combination of QWO or Cellfina, subcision, and/or fillers such as Bellafill, Renuva synthetic fat, or Sculptra. Based on this photo you are definitely good candidate for liposuction of torso. Only on the basis of in person consultation and discussion about your goals, one can decide whether buttock and hip augmentation/shaping with fat grafts would further improve your result. Good luck.

Liposuction removes the fat and fat transfers are placed somewhere else. You do not have to undergo fat transfers and just have liposuction. Liposuction can remove 10 lbs safely during one session and the sessions can be repeated if necessary.

I appreciate your concerns and desires however better photographs would be helpful to provide a more detailed answer. It does appear that you are a reasonable candidate for liposuction contouring of your abdomen flanks and back and improvement of your overall shape is a reasonable expectation. Don't be swayed by glossy ads for sexy liposuction machines. The most important factor you should be researching is your board certified plastic surgeon.
