Lipo 360 with arm lipo. Are my expectations unrealistic? (Photo)

I’m starting to think I don’t have enough fat for he results I would like. I have before pictures as well as wish pictures included. I’m 5”6 1/2 and I currently weigh 150 but I want a booty like in my pictures. Lipo 360w/armlipo

Hello. Very good question. So, Are you being realistic? Do you have enough fat to achieve your desired results? Well, maybe. First of all, you are not too thin to for a BBL. You are actually a good candidate and would be perfect candidate if you were not looking for overly dramatic result. That said, your before pictures are very good, meaning you already have a nice butt. So a BBL will definitely enhance your size and shape. BBL results are determined not only by the surgeon's skill and fat survival, but most importantly, by the amount of fat we can harvest for grafting... as well as the amount of fat that actually fits in the patients butt and hip. 
Lipo of your tummy, back and especially your flanks and waist will provide fat for transfer and will, for sure, enhance your overall shape and curves. The BBL in itself will produce a larger butt. But most importantly in your case, it will give you a nicer shape, filling out your hip-dips and giving you some added volume. This I feel, is this very important. In conclusion your body will benefit greatly from lipo with BBL. You might not have the exact size you are looking for, but your results will be dramatic as far as your overall shape! Plus, if you gain weight after the BBL, you will gain it will mostly in the areas that were fat grafted (like the butt or hips), rather then the areas that were lipoed.

Great question. Thank your for your pictures. Based on your images it appears you may benefit from liposuction and fat grafting to your buttock. You also have to keep in mind that there will be a point where your skin will no longer stretch for more fat grafting. Every person is different. Please visit a board certified plastic surgeon for a detailed surgical plan to achieve your desired results.

To get the same volume in your wish photos you would need to gain weight. Your are an excellent candidate for both procedures. It looks that you would like to ad some volume and shape to your buttocks; for that reason BBL may be better procedure. Your own anatomy based on your bones, muscles, fat deposits, spine inclination, etc., directs and ultimately defines your result even in the best hands. Based on your photographs, you are a great candidate for waistline contouring liposuction of your abdomen, flanks, and lower back and fat grafting to your buttocks.  This can greatly improve your overall shape with a smaller waist.  I cannot fully evaluate your arms in these pictures.  Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.

Thanks for your question and photos. If you did a BBL now at your current weight you would see an improvement in your overall contour, shape, and curves. However, you will likely need to gain weight and/or have a second BBL to get the results in your goal pictures. I recommend you consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon experienced in these procedures to examine you, discuss your goals, and show you before/after photographs to give you a better idea of the type of results you can expect to get. Based on your pictures, you are a good candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. 
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

BBLs are very popular procedures fat is suctioned from areas of the body that have excess and injected into the behind. There is only so much fat you can inject into the behind at one time. In patients who want a very large change they may need more then one procedure. In addition it’s not uncommon for plastic surgeons to ask some of their patients to gain some weight before surgery. While one can never guarantee a specific result, from your photos I believe you can improve your contour significantly with BBL. I don't see any views of your upper arms to determine the need for upper arm lipo.
