Lipo 360 with arm lipo. Are my expectations unrealistic? (Photo)

Hello. Very good question. So, Are you being realistic? Do you have enough fat to achieve your desired results? Well, maybe. First of all, you are not too thin to for a BBL. You are actually a good candidate and would be perfect candidate if you were not looking for overly dramatic result. That said, your before pictures are very good, meaning you already have a nice butt. So a BBL will definitely enhance your size and shape. BBL results are determined not only by the surgeon's skill and fat survival, but most importantly, by the amount of fat we can harvest for grafting... as well as the amount of fat that actually fits in the patients butt and hip. 
Lipo of your tummy, back and especially your flanks and waist will provide fat for transfer and will, for sure, enhance your overall shape and curves. The BBL in itself will produce a larger butt. But most importantly in your case, it will give you a nicer shape, filling out your hip-dips and giving you some added volume. This I feel, is this very important. In conclusion your body will benefit greatly from lipo with BBL. You might not have the exact size you are looking for, but your results will be dramatic as far as your overall shape! Plus, if you gain weight after the BBL, you will gain it will mostly in the areas that were fat grafted (like the butt or hips), rather then the areas that were lipoed.

Great question. Thank your for your pictures. Based on your images it appears you may benefit from liposuction and fat grafting to your buttock. You also have to keep in mind that there will be a point where your skin will no longer stretch for more fat grafting. Every person is different. Please visit a board certified plastic surgeon for a detailed surgical plan to achieve your desired results.

Dear beautygoddess22,Thank you for your question. Based on your photos you would see some improvement in your waist to hip ratio. To get the same volume in your wish photos you would need to gain weight.
