Am I the right patient to get lipo? Would it give me a flat stomach? (Photos)

Question

I'm 20yrs old and 5'2" tall and currently weigh 118lbs. In the pic where I was more pale with jeans I was 128lbs and in the pic where I'm more tan I'm 118lbs. I walk over 5 miles a day hitting 10k steps and more. I want a flat stomach and haven't been able to get it despite my efforts. Would lipo be a good option for me or what would you recommend? Can I ever get a flat stomach?

After an in-depth physical examination, it’s likely that you are a suitable candidate for liposuction. Given your age, skin condition, and absence of significant weight fluctuations or childbirth effects, liposuction seems optimal to address your concerns. Your skin's youthful elasticity should allow for favorable “shrink wrapping” post-procedure, helping in achieving a flatter stomach.
I do recommend liposuction as the preferable option for you, and I believe it will help you attain your desired results. Please consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon for a detailed assessment and discussion on the procedure.

Liposuction would probably be helpful, but losing weight would remove excess internal fat that is not treated with liposuction.
