What type of lip lift would lift the two peaks of my upper lip and the corners of my mouth?

Question

I want a liplift that only lifts the two peaks of my upper lip and the corners of my mouth (make me look like I am smiling/happy). I want to show more corner teeth. I want to see lateral incisors and canines. All the lip lifts I see show Mostly central incisors and lift the entire upper lip which is not ideal for what I am looking for. Is there a name for the type of liplift I am looking for?

Generally  speaking, lip lift is done in similar fashion with skin excision scar placed in the crease underneath the nose. However, subtle changes in design and structures involved (muscle resection for teeth show) may be needed to achieve desired result. In person examination or at least good photographs are necessary to answer your question! It sounds like you are asking about a lip lift with some sort of internal or external corner lift. The degree to which lip lifts affect various portions of your lip can generally be adjusted and tailored from case to case to give you the shape you are looking for.

A corner lip lift is used to increase the red lip show on the corner of the lip. The traditional subnasal lip lift is great at lifting the central lip but due to the limits of where the incision can be placed, it preferentially lifts the central lip over the corners. The subnasal lip lift can be designed to take more laterally but it still has difficulty lifting the true corner. Many times I recommend a corner lip lift in combination with a subnasal lip lift or in isolation. I believe this would help you achieve the look you are more interested in.
