Too much teeth show for lip lift - what would be the best option to get my top lip to match the bottom?

I think you can get a lip lift designed to roll the lip out more rather than just lift. I'd augment the lip at the same time. We do this as an office procedure.

Thank you for your photos. I do agree that you may not need a lip lift right now as you are younger and have good teeth show on repose (relaxed pose). You could benefit from lip fillers to enhance the vertical height of your upper red lip and to improve your overall lip harmony and proportions. This is not as simple as just having your lips filled however. This requires strategic placement and different angles of lip filler placement in order to pull your lip upwards without making the upper skin look thick and unnatural. Hope this helps!
