Is bipolar electrocautery the standard practice of achieving hemostasis in lip lift surgery? Where is the proper placement of the bipolar electrocautery device during the lip lift surgery? Can the nasal base be damaged with the use of bipolar electrocautery in lip lift surgery?

Thank you for your photos. I do agree that you may not need a lip lift right now as you are younger and have good teeth show on repose (relaxed pose). You could benefit from lip fillers to enhance the vertical height of your upper red lip and to improve your overall lip harmony and proportions....
