As I age I notice a "fat moustache" above my top lip from a lip fat transfer 30 years ago. It looks awful and now, as I probably have less natural fat there, it is more prominent. Is there any way to dissolve it or reduce it - any options or treatment suggestions? Could a bullhorn help (reducing the philtrum) or make it worse?Thank you.

If you have a problem with your teeth then first, you need to go to the dentist but after that if you are still unhappy then liplift procedure is suitable for you. Best of luck!
Ask your surgeon what they use, but many surgeons (myself included) use an insurance plan for complications from cosmetic procedures specifically, to help prevent patients from getting stuck with a bill in case something comes up.
