Is there anyway to dissolve/reduce fat above top lip from fat transfer 30 years ago? (Photo)

I'm so sorry that this has happened to you, but, unfortunately, hardly surprised. Fat is a permanent filler and, as such, can be very difficult to treat when things go wrong. While the allure and the promise of fat transfer injections is that the results are permanent because the material is perfectly natural , cut off from the donor site's original blood supply, much of the fat that is injected does not take at the recipient site, and that which does retains the properties of the area from which it was taken. This means, that if belly fat develops a midriff bulge as one ages, the fat taken from the belly may do so, as well, which may be what is going on here. The above should serve as a cautionary tale for other readers considering the fat transfer option. Happily, I have had success in shrinking transplanted fat with gratifying results via the use of intralesional anti-inflammatory agents combined with subcision to break up the lobules. You would be wise to consult an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist and best of luck.
