I'd like a second opinion: Lip lift 03/18/21 scarring question, is this normal scarring? (Photos)

Question

Bullhorn lip lift with dissolvable sutures. Spoke to the doctor today, who had me send pictures via text, said this is normal healing. I just would like to know what other doctors think. I am getting very nervous, the pictures actually don't show the extent of the scar. Very bad track marks, you can literally see every stitch hole and the line. Suggestions/advice...Please

Healing can take time. Proper follow-up with your doctor is important.

I typically start with off-label injections of a medication that helps with healing.

Laser has been found to be beneficial as well.

You have a lot of vascularity (small blood vessels) in the area. I'd start by reducing those. That may help you considerable.  If that isn't enough, let us know what happens.  A revision of the scarring should be possible.
