I'd like a second opinion: Lip lift 03/18/21 scarring question, is this normal scarring? (Photos)

Bullhorn lip lift with dissolvable sutures. Spoke to the doctor today, who had me send pictures via text, said this is normal healing. I just would like to know what other doctors think. I am getting very nervous, the pictures actually don't show the extent of the scar. Very bad track marks, you can literally see every stitch hole and the line. Suggestions/advice...Please
