I have had chronic pain for 5 years (20f) in my back, hips and ischium and, while I have been scanned a variety of ways and seen a lot of drs, it is deemed to be a biomechanical issue. Note: I have had mild edemas in my hip due to this and have taken a 6-week course of pentoxifylline to help. Nevertheless, as this is a long exisiting form of inflammation, can this increase risk of complications like granulomas or body rejecting the filler as it is already experiencing this inflammation?

At this point you probably don’t have much of the filler left in place. in my experience of having injected fillers for over 20 years I’ve never seen fillers migrate. It is an excuse that providers due to cover up for technique. Fillers don’t migrate.
