Can lip filler move after 4 months due to a facial injury?

Luminous292571
5 days ago I had an injury which resulted in a cut on the inside of my bottom lip and some bleeding. I can see that the cut is in the process of healing, however my bottom lip currently still looks asymmetrical and uneven. Is this just swelling that will subside after a few weeks/when the area is fully healed, or is it possible that the filler has been moved to one side? The lip filler was injected 4 months ago. Thank you in advance
