Can lip filler move after 4 months due to a facial injury?

At this point you probably don’t have much of the filler left in place. in my experience of having injected fillers for over 20 years I’ve never seen fillers migrate. It is an excuse that providers due to cover up for technique. Fillers don’t migrate.

Your injury is an obvious explanation for why your lip is asymmetrically swollen.

As long as the laceration was minor and tissues do not require sutures for proper anatomic alignment everything will restore to normal with time.

Lips heal faster than other parts of the body and you should probably expect to be back to looking close to normal within a few weeks or possibly months for minor swelling.
