Nose still a bit wide after cast removal. Will wideness decrease as swelling goes away? Does swelling include width? (Photos)

My doctor said that swelling is present but does he also mean swelling as becoming more thin or just the bulb of the nose. His results are really great and has a lot of work where the patients nose are thin with the 1 year post photos. So I am wondering if the wideness will decrease as swelling goes away. The left photo is before. The right photo is post cast where I have to wear tape. If you see the wideness is pretty similar. The side view looks much better since the procedure.
