Will the swelling and bump of doing cocaine after a rhinoplasty go away after a couple of days?

Obviously "snorting" cocaine is not recommended and can cause serious side effects with erosion of the mucosa in the nose and even perforation of the septum and collapse of the support of the nose.A one time use of this drug is not likely to cause a permanent problem, although with the surgery you may be more prone to damaging the mucosa. I expect that with time it will resolve.If it does not you should see your doctor so that he/she can examine you.

As others have answered, cocaine has the ability to damage nasal tissue. If it doesn't resolve in the next few days, I recommend following up with your Doctor. Hope this helps. 

What you want done is completely up to you.Rhinoplasty which typically starts at $5,500 depending on the area you live. To make sure you get the best possible result, the surgeon should perform a detailed exam of the nose and provide a realistic goal that you and your surgeon agree upon. Rhinoplasty are permanent, but with age facial features do change. Find a surgeon and go for a consult. Maybe try and see if the Dr can do photo imaging to show you what he or she can achieve.

   Cocaine has some pathologic effects on the nose and can result in destruction of tissues. If your symptoms dont resolve in the next few days then go see an ENT specialist. And STOP DOING COCAINE
