Would a nose job help me?

The pictures just shows you nose from one view and is insufficient to give you an accurate opinion, but it shows that you have a boxy tip and retracted columella. An open tip rhinoplasty with suture modification of your nasal tip and a septal extension graft to improve your columella projection will be necessary to give you the result you are asking for. This could be demonstrated to you by computer simulation. The aim would be to narrow your tip and give it the appropriate projection. It would have to include Improving the columella so that it sits lower than the alar margins. 

Yes, your nose could be improved with rhinoplasty, which would give permanent improvements in symmetry and shape and will improve the tip. You can bring the photos of noses that you think would be flattering to your face and these can be discussed. When you meet with a facial plastic surgeon, he or she will consider your nose in balance with your other features and can over the cost of the procedure. I hope this helps.
