My skin is burning and vaginal swelling 4 days post op. Any suggestions?

Burning discomfort is typical at liposuction treatment sites. It improves over time. Non-narcotic anti-inflammatory pain killers help. Vaginal swelling improves if you lay down with your bottom slightly elevated with a pillow or cushion.

It sounds like some of the pain and discomfort you're experiencing is normal and some of it is not. You're skin may be extra sensitive to the fabric of the binder/garment so a follow up with your plastic surgeon should be scheduled. Also, after a tummy tuck the swelling goes downward and vaginal swelling and pressure is normal.
