If you ask a surgeon to name the three greatest surgeons of all time, he'll have trouble thinking of the other two.But really, do your research mostly by looking at before and after photos. Be sure the one you choose is board certified, has before and after photographs that appeal to your taste, and meshes well with your personality. I can can tell you without personal bias that Dr. Toriumi is a rhinoplasty "master" and is certainly one of the best rhinoplasty surgeons in the world.  However, he may not be the best for you, and there are certainly many other great surgeons out there that can help you safely achieve your goal. Good luck!
