Who are the best rhinoplasty surgeons in Chicago area?

I am 21 and looking to get a nose job. I have been doing extensive research, but there are so many doctors and I need to narrow it down to about 3 doctors to go visit for a consultation. I have heard a lot about Dr. Toriumi from other surgeons online, but have also seen many terrible reviews from him which makes me nervous. What surgeons can you recommend from Chicago?

If you ask a surgeon to name the three greatest surgeons of all time, he'll have trouble thinking of the other two.But really, do your research mostly by looking at before and after photos. The key is to find someone that you mesh with.  When you take in the tenor of the office, the style of consult, the aesthetics of the doc, the before and afters, and the overall reputation of the surgeon something should click with you that makes you feel comfortable with your decision.  My suggestion to you is to include two of my friends in Chicago, Drs Dean Toriumi and Steve Dayan

Be sure the one you choose is board certified, has before and after photographs that appeal to your taste, and meshes well with your personality. I can can tell you without personal bias that Dr. Toriumi is a rhinoplasty "master" and is certainly one of the best rhinoplasty surgeons in the world.  However, he may not be the best for you, and there are certainly many other great surgeons out there that can help you safely achieve your goal. Good luck!
