I had rhinoplasty on March 2nd. I didn't swell at all or get any noticeable bruising in my face after surgery. The experience was pretty easy. When my cast was taken off I immediately loved my nose. My tips is really swollen and piggy but the bridge doesn't seem to be. I had my bridge/nostrils narrowed and collumellar strut graft. Is it possible for some patients to have very little swelling in the bridge after rhinoplasty? I'm hoping the bridge won't go down too much more.

Hello,If your are going to have a surgery on your nose, you might as well get the best result possible for defatting your neck: liposuction. Aside from that fact, Kybella is expensive and you'll need more than one treatment, which would be done while you're awake.Best of luck!
