Can I completely remove the septal extension graft & extended bilateral spreader graft? (Photos)

Hello. I had revision rhinoplasty that should have increase my dorsum projection a bit and the dr told me he will use graft to support my tip like he does in all rhinoplasty. I didn't saw the danger but now it's a nightmare... my columella is at least 2 time bigger than before and droopy. My nose is much worse than before. I would like to know if I can completely remove the septal extension graft & extended bilateral spreader graft... my nose wasn't droopy before the surgery. Please help me, 24 yo male.

I agree that you nose has been lengthened and that the septal extension graft is too large.  I have successfully removed septal extension grafts in several patients to shorten the nose but have made other adjustments as well and always reinserted a columellar strut graft. Tip support with a graft to prevent loss of tip projection is essential.  It is likely that  the columella can also be narrowed by removal of scar tissue and a smaller graft, but that is not abst certain.
