My nose is worse after rhinoplasty - suggestions? (photos)

I had a septorhinoplasty in 2014 and my nose is looking worse. There is an indent on one side and it is uneven. Please can someone recommend wht i Need to get it fixed as I wanted a smaller nose with smaller tip to match my skinny face.
