My nose is worse after rhinoplasty - suggestions? (photos)

I had a septorhinoplasty in 2014 and my nose is looking worse. There is an indent on one side and it is uneven. Please can someone recommend wht i Need to get it fixed as I wanted a smaller nose with smaller tip to match my skinny face.

Based on your images, it appears you may be a good candidate for revision rhinoplasty. This procedure could correct the dent and the asymmetry. Keep in mind that this procedure is likely to be more complex than the initial surgery, due to scar tissue, loss of structural support, and other factors. Yes, you are correct, you nose is a little bit asymmetrical on front view, with some indentation on your right side. This can easily be fixed and you can have a smaller nose, too
