2 years ago I had a revision rhinoplasty to address tip and nostril irregularities. I am pleased with my results, but I I didn’t have my open roof deformity corrected. I have a small open roof deformity on the right side where a hump was removed during my first surgery. I’d like to have this small touch-up done but my surgeon is a little hesitant to address the open roof through an intranasal approach because they say it might not sit right. Osteotomies isn’t an option as my bones are too thin.
