Can you still have revision rhinoplasty after placement of alar rim grafts? (Photos)

I had an open revision. Then a second closed revision rhino with the same surgeon to fix a hump on the other side and fix unevenly retracted triangle shaped nostrils. The surgeon imp. alar rim grafts to reduce nostril show. Unfortunately he completely shaved/removed the diced cartilage side. I am left back with the dent. Can I still have revision after having the alar rim grafts implanted. After how long would operating be an option? And does it have to be an open one?
