How can I fix my buttock area: shark bite effect, banana rolls, loose skin? (Photos)
Hi, I am 32 years old (5’7”, 119 lbs) and have always been very slim, but with hips that felt disproportionate. In 2020, I had liposuction on my hips, with incisions under the buttocks to hide scars. The result was asymmetrical and left me with large “banana rolls,” which was already very distressing. After 5 years, I underwent a second liposuction to correct this. I went through this procedure completely alone—in secret, without any of my family or friends knowing, which made it even harder emotionally. While my hips are now more symmetrical, the banana rolls were split, my buttocks have started sagging, and I now have a visible “shark bite” deformity on the left side. I feel absolutely horrible about my body. My self-confidence is very low, and I feel deeply uncomfortable. When I lean forward, the area under my buttocks looks very unattractive, and I can feel loose skin when I walk. I’ve been advised to consider collagen biostimulators or Endolift/Endolyse, but I’m unsure. At 32, I’ve never truly felt comfortable in my body, and it feels like each procedure makes it worse. What would you recommend? Would skin removal be necessary? Thank you.
