Under chin liposuction and uneven results 1 year post op - how can this be improved? (Photo)

Hello, everyone. I had underchin liposuction done 1 year ago. My results are very uneven. When i fully extend my neck. It looks like a cobblestone. Everyth is soft to touch and no hard lumps. Is there abything that can be done to fix this?
