Liposuction issues 4 years post op - what should my next steps be? (Photos)

Hello, I’m looking to get professional opinions on what can be done for me here. I got a bunch of liposuction done in 2022. Since then, I have had to have the same doctor do revisions, first because one side of my belly was so much bigger and also the inside of my thighs had two large divots on both sides. He’s touched up the tummy twice and the inner thighs once. He says that he doesn’t think I should get him to revise the inner thigh with liposuction as it might make it look worse. He did say I could get a thigh lift to help it, but that the cost would be on me. I don’t think this is fair considering I did not have these divots on the inside of my thighs to begin with, and I don’t think it looks natural / feel self conscious to show them in a bathing suit or shorter skirt. Do I have the right to push for a complementary thigh lift? And how would I go about that. The other thing is my belly. I have had two revisions on that now by the same doctor. As you can see in the photos, one side of my belly has a little bit more of a lower puff, and the other side has a line extending outward at the top of the belly button. I feel like this too does not look natural. I’m wondering what I should ask this doctor to do if anything? I cannot afford to seek services from another plastic surgeon.
