Lipo Revision after a year or other options - how can I correct the asymmetry? (Photos)

I had a skinny BBL a little over a year ago and I really like my results overall. But I’ve noticed some asymmetry in my flanks that’s been bothering me. One side (my right) looks more indented/contoured, while the other side looks less defined. I just want both sides to look more even. I’m not sure what is going on, but is this something that can be fixed without surgery, or would I need a lipo revision to correct it?
