Should I Botox non permanent lines?

Although the quality of your photo is not very good and so it is hard to provide advise, I can see that your eyebrows are raised in the photo (dynamic lines). You're very lucky to have such great skin when taking into consideration your lifestyle and so you will see great benefits from merely tweaking your lifestyle habits. Quitting smoking and cutting back on sugar intake will benefit your skin as this effects your skin in a number of ways: smoking can cause accelerated ageing (crepiness, dryness) and high sugar intake can spike your glucose levels and cause inflammation and breakouts. You may benefit from Botox in the future but as your lines are dynamic you won't see much improvement in your skin at this point as the substance dissolves within 6 months, by which time your lines will likely not have worsened without it. 

I would recommend botox to relax the forehead muscles that are causing the wrinkles to form. 

Botox will also help from a preventative point of view and reduce the chances of this line becoming deeper. 

It's great to also get on top of the lifestyle factors you have also outlined.
