Thank you for sharing your question and I am sorry that your results have not been what you anticipated.  I see your area of concern, but without the full details of your injection pattern and injection dosing it is difficult to offer definite advice.  That said, the good news is that Botox's effects are temporary and your facial appearance will return to your pretreated look after approximately 3 months.  Voice your concern to your injector, they should be able to help you and provide reassurance.

This can happen if the Botox was injected to low around the crow’s feet area and can lead to issues with the lymphatic drainage around the eyes. This will resolve in 3-6 months when the Botox wears off. I would discuss your issues with your injector. Best of Luck!

Thanks for your question and photos. We always recommend that these injections be given in the offices of board certified dermatologists or plastic surgeons as we are the true experts in the use of Botox.  It does appear that your injector may have injected the crow’s feet area a little too low which has recruited some additional muscles to be affected under your eyes.  Have you had any follow up with your provider?  I would.  The effects of Botox will wear off in 3-4 months and things will go back to your baseline state.

if injected too low around the crows feet area, there can be issues with lymphatic drainage . The after pictures you provided are fine but the before picture you are smiling which will not provide  an adequate before/after comparison of the area malar area (beneath the eyes)

It is not clear to me what caused this. In some patients, relaxing the crows feet causes too much laxity of the lower lid and loss of the normal lymphatic pump around the eye. I'm not sure this is what is happening with you. If this were the case, Only injecting the upper portion of the crows will avoid this. It might be that the injections were done too low. In any event, this should all resolve in 3 months and you should go back to normal. In the future, if you get injected in the crows feet, I would do less units and higher injections.
