4 Days Post op Lift with 450 implants and FDL TT with MR. On breast (right) I feel looks great, but the left looks so different! Closure is different and nipple is different. Is it just swelling? Will it ever look “Normal”?

It is difficult to tell you without any pictures,but 4 days post op is too early to see any final results,expect a few months for swelling and everything to go down, continue to follow up with your PS.

Hi! Without photos I will only be able to offer general advice. Typically breasts can look asymmetical, high, hard and swollen during the first 3 weeks. It is a process for implants to settle and look natural. My advice is to be patient and talk to your surgeon about your concerns. Good luck to you!

Thank you for sharing your question and congratulations on your procedure!  A combination of a breast lift with implant placement is one of the more challenging procedures in aesthetic surgery and it is very common to have initial asymmetry as a result of swelling of your natural breast tissue and skin.  I know it is difficult but allow your results more time to mature and you should see a steady move towards improved symmetry.  Hope this helps.

You are very early in the recovery process.  Swelling is expected at this stage.  It is not uncommon for the breasts to heal at different rates, which will affect their appearance.  I encourage you to listen to your surgeon's advice and try to be patient.  There are many changes ahead before you will be able to realize your final result.
