Breast lift with implants- very bruised, and dark around aerial. Is this infected? 9 days post op. (photos)

I am 9 days post opt from a breast lift with silicone implants and a tummy tuck. My right breast is bruised on the side as well as around the aerola is dark. I also had a reaction to the surgical tape which caused some blistering. I'm worried if I have developed an infection or should be concerned.
