I am in the process of finding a DR to perform a mommy makeover. I want a breast augmentation as well as a tummy tuck. I consulted with the first DR and was told because I have had two umbilical hernia repairs I may want to consider Neoumbilicaloscopy. Upon research my thoughts are that I would like to keep my neoumbilicus however in the chance of necrosis I will be left with a scar. Is this something I should chance?

Answer: Mommy makeover You will receive the best answers after an examination. The extent of your previous hernias would need to be considered as well. The belly button often does very well after the procedure, though it sometimes heals a little slowly. I would recommend seeking another opinion from a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to help determine what is best for you.
