I feel like the lower third of my face doesn't fit with the rest. It is weak and asymmetrical. My chin is off to the right and is set back. I do have mild sleep apnea and I'm a mouth breather. I'm wondering if a sliding genioplasty would help or if I'd need jaw surgery too.

It appears that you have a recessed chin and would benefit from a chin implant to provide improved facial balance. The chin cleft can be simultaneously diminished with subcison and fat grafting. I don't think that you can reduce the asymmetry alone. Best of luck
