I’ve been contemplating this lower face lift with lipo for years. Consulted 6 doctors before going back to my second consult. Dr Guiloff was a wonderful surgeon who is very calming and not pushy. He listened and offered his advice. I HIGHLY recommend him as a competent compassionate doctor. He gave me realistic expectations but I must say the results far exceeded what he said. No More Asymmetry for Me!!
I could not be happier with my results from Dr. Guiloff. After having my son, my breasts were completely asymmetrical. Dr. Guiloff told me he would do his best to get them as symmetrical as possible, but did tell me to not expect perfection. However, what Dr. Guiloff accomplished-was absolute PERFECTION. I have 310cc in one breast and 405cc in my other breast. The result is unbelievable and I was shocked at how perfect they are. As a mom, all we want is to feel somewhat normal

I was very unsure of whether I wanted to go through with the breast augmentation up until I met with Dr. Guiloff. He was very informative and always put what I envisioned first while also doing what was best for my situation. I had asymmetrical breasts with tuberous components underneath one breast. Dr Guiloff and his staff went above and beyond. They answered all of my many questions, never kept me waiting and took care of me from start to finish. The doctor took great care of me and made sure I came in for follow-up visits every week or two. I love my new body and can now run and work out again. I definitely wish that I had done this sooner. Also, my new breasts are beautiful and healed well. I had no issues what-so-ever.

I interviewed three cosmetic surgeons before choosing Dr. Guiloff. His entire office staff are magnificent. Waiting time is minimal; front desk is so pleasant; Brook (the patient coordinator) could not have been more helpful; nurses and anesthesiologist were great the day of my surgery. I will definitely be going back to Dr. Guiloff for future procedures. I live outside the country most of the time, so coordinating this surgery was a bit tricky with all the tests you have
