What type of genioplasty is right for me to have a more narrow, feminine chin?

I dislike my U-shaped chin. I've always wanted a more narrow, feminine chin coupled w/ a longer nose that's more arched at the tip to balance out my face. Ariana Grande's chin and nose has served as my ideal. Attached is my side profile (unedited) vs AG's side & unedited + edited photos of me w/ AG inspiration. 2 Q's 1. Which surgical techniques will give me the shape I want? I've researched sliding genioplasties and various osteotomy techniques. 2. Estimated cost for genioplasty + rhinoplasty?

The photos are taken from a distance and some close-up photos would be helpful. In the profile photos you appear to have good chin projection. If that is the case, then selective chin shaving would be an option to provide a more narrow chin. This is performed through an incision beneath the chin. This type of surgery can be accomplished in the office under intravenous anesthesia which reduces the total costs of the procedure. Good luck
