Hi I am very disappointed with my breast lift. I feel my breasts look saggy from the front and would like them to sit higher and to have more upper fullness. Before having my op I discussed with my PS options and explained I wanted my breasts to look like implants and be perky. We decided on a central mound technique with a fat transfer to my left breast so the size matched. I am happy with the side profile but I feel they look sagged from the front which makes me insecure in certain clothes. I am gutted as I spent 14 K on operation. Is there any way to take a small amount of skin to tighten my breast without having major surgery. I am hoping this can be done under a local anaesthetic? Also the way my breast falls on the right breast is different from the left breast. I much prefer the left breast in the way it looks. Is there a way to get them to look similar from the side? Any advice would be much appreciated

Dear iiixixcvii,
