Post breast lift - Is there anyway to have my breast lifted slightly more? (Photos)

Yes you are definitely very suitable for revision breast uplift surgery. For patients who find themselves dissatisfied with a breast uplift surgery, a breast lift revision may be an extremely effective solution. A revision procedure corrects the unexpected issues that happen after your first surgery, creating a look more aligned with your initial expectations.

Based off your photos and your story - sounds like your breast have bottomed out (skin stretched again post lift from heavy breast tissue + previous surgeon's technique). I recommend internal bra if you decide to have another procedure. You have the lift scars already, so placement of the internal bra will help hold up the heavy breast (and / or implant) and keep your breasts up and higher for longer (eventually might still fall some - can't beat gravity). And as far as making the right closer to the left - it is possible, but they will never be identical - as they weren't even before your surgeries (breasts are sisters, not twins). Ask your next surgeon about internal bra versus another technique that can help with bottoming out.

breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery.
Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size.
While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.
If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals.

I agree that your breasts looks too low on the chest wall and are sagging. Also, your breasts are wider than your chest wall. At this time, I recommend a breast lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery.

In order to lift the breasts further a revision would be needed. This would require general anesthesia. If you are wanting a perkier look you can consider a reduction. This would lessen the weight and sag of larger breasts. Another option is a lift with autoaugmentation. This is where your own tissue is used to create more upper pole fullness. This is different than a fat transfer. I've included a video I hope you find helpful.

No, this cannot be done under local. You would do best to have another reduction and take you down to around a C to full C cup. Then, the breasts will not be so heavy and not sag again.
